Author Biographies

Dr. Noga Magen-Nagar is a lecturer at the Gordon Academic College of Education in Haifa, Israel, and the coordinator of the M.Ed. program for teachers' mentorship training. She is a researcher and academic consultant in the national ICT program entitled "Adapting the education system to the 21st century", in the Department of Science and Technology. Her areas of research include integrating ICT in education, the quality of teaching, teachers' attributes, and autonomy in education. She can be reached at nogamagen@gmail.com.

Dr. Baracha Peled is a lecturer on special education, and a pedagogic instructor at the Achva Academic College and at the Beit Berl College in Israel. She is an instructor for the national ICT program entitled "Adapting the education system to the 21st century".
