Instructional Uses Of Web-Based Survey Software Author Biographies Concetta A. DePaolo, Ph.D is assistant professor of Operations Management & Analysis in the College of Business at Indiana State University. She earned her Ph.D. in Operations Research from Rutgers University in 2001. Her research interests include optimization and applied statistical methods, as well as statistics, management science, business education and experiential learning. Dr. DePaolo may be reached at sdcetta@isugw.indstate.edu. Arthur Lloyd Sherwood, Ph.D is assistant professor of Management in the College of Business at Indiana State University. He earned his Ph.D. in Business Policy/Strategy and International Business from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University-Bloomington in 2001. He currently is a Fellow for Experiential Learning for ISU and the Senior Fellow for Leadership Development for the Networks Financial Institute. His research interests include leadership and problem solving, experiential/problem-based learning and effective strategic collaboration for innovation and knowledge creation.
