Author Biographies

J. B. (Ben) Arbaugh, PhD is Professor of Strategy and Project Management and the Curwood Endowed Professor at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.  Dr. Arbaugh is an Associate Editor of Academy of Management Learning & Education and will be the 2006-07 Chair of the Academy of Management’s Management Education and Development Division.  Ben’s research interests are in online management education, international entrepreneurship, and the intersection between spirituality and strategic management research.  Some of his recent publications include articles in Academy of Management Learning & Education, Decision Sciences Journal of Innovative Education, Information & Management, Management Learning, the Journal of Management, Spirituality, and Religion, the New England Journal of Entrepreneurship, and the Journal of Management Education.  Dr. Arbaugh may be reached at arbaugh@uwosh.edu.

Steven Hornik, PhD is Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems at the University of Central Florida.
