Susan L. Jones, Ph.D is Assistant Professor of Instructional Media Technology at Missouri State University, College of Education, School of Teacher Education.  Her primary area of expertise is in Distance Learning and Instructional Technology.  She was Co-Principal Investigator of a $1.5 million dollar U.S. Department of Education, “Preparing Tomorrow’s Teacher’s to Use Technology” (PT3) grant.  Dr. Jones was an elementary teacher, instructor at a community college, and an instructor for the U.S. Customs Service/ NTEU employees.  She is currently solely authoring a new technology textbook with one of the top educational publishing companies.
