Author Biography

Katrina A. Meyer, PhD is Associate Professor of higher and adult education at The University of Memphis.  She is author of Cost-Efficiencies in Online Learning, a 2006 publication of the ASHE Higher Education Report Series.  For over three years, she was Director of Distance Learning and Technology for the University and Community College System of Nevada and prior to this position, served 8 years as Associate Director of Academic Affairs specializing in distance learning and telecommunications for the Higher Education Coordinating Board in the state of Washington.  Dr. Meyer can be reached at kmeyer@memphis.edu.
