Ruth Lapsley, PhD teaches strategy, management and business administration classes for Lewis-Clark State College, Lewiston, Idaho. Her research centers on on-line learning and rubrics for on-line classes. Dr. Lapsley can be reached at rdlapsley@lcsc.edu.

Rex Moody, PhD is a senior instructor in the Marketing Division within the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado—Boulder. Dr. Moody has recently been working on and researching recording his lectures and then making them available to students for later playback on computers and portable media devices. J. B. (Ben) Arbaugh, PhD is a Professor of Strategy and Project Management at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. He is an Associate Editor of Academy of Management Learning & Education. Ben’s research interests are in online management education, graduate management education, and the intersection between spirituality and strategic management research. Some of his recent publications include articles in Academy of Management Learning & Education, Decision Sciences Journal of Innovative Education, Information & Management, the Journal of Management, Spirituality, and Religion, and the Journal of Management Education.
