Educational Technology in Higher Education: Author Biography Cynthia Roberts is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Business and Organizational Leadership departments at Purdue University North Central where she teaches leadership, team development, organizational behavior, ethics, and diversity. Cynthia holds dual MS degrees from Loyola University Chicago in training, and organizational development and is nearing completion of her PhD in Organizational Development at Benedictine University. Her research interests include leadership development, feminist leadership, and group process.
Ms. Roberts is also a registered organizational
development professional (RODP) and has worked with numerous clients in
healthcare, retail, banking and manufacturing to improve their effectiveness.
Her expertise includes team building and group process facilitation, leadership
development, performance improvement, strategic planning and diversity
awareness. Cynthia is member of the Academy of Management, the International
Leadership Association, the Organizational Behavior Teaching Society, the
American Society of Training and Development, the Organizational Development
Network, and the Clinical Laboratory Management Association. Professor Roberts
