Author Biographies

Maurice Grzeda, PhD., is an Associate Professor of Management at Laurentian University teaching in organizational behavior and human resource management. He is an associate faculty member at Royal Roads University where he teaches business environment. Gloria Miller, PhD., is a Lecturer in Strategic Management at the Isle of Man International Business School where she teaches strategic management and research methods at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and an associate faculty at Royal Roads University where she teaches organizational relations, strategic human resource management, and organizational change management. Gloria's research interests include careers and life span development, gender and diversity in organizations, strategic change in higher education institutions, and competitive issues related to small island cultures.
