Motivation Author Biography Credence Baker is Director of Instructional Technology & Distributed Education at Tarleton State University, where her group provides a coordinated set of planning and support services for online and hybrid courses/programs. The university currently offers 7 online Masters Programs, 190 online courses, and over 650 hybrid/blended courses. Credence earned a Ph.D. from the University of North Texas in Applied Technology & Performance Improvement, and a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from Tarleton State University in 2005.
