Author Biography

Sharon G. Heilmann is an active-duty Air Force officer and is currently the Military Deputy Department Head and assistant professor of logistics and supply chain management in the Graduate School of Engineering and Management’s Department of Operational Sciences at the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Sharon earned her PhD in organizational behavior and human resource management from Indiana University. Sharon has taught undergraduate courses in human resource management, organizational behavior, and public speaking, and graduate courses in research methods, organizational behavior, human resource management, and data analysis.
