Implementing Constructivist Web-Based Learning and Determining its Effectiveness on a Teacher Preparation Course

Author Biography

Martha Casas Ed.D is assistant professor in the College of Education at the University of Texas at El Paso.  As a member of the Teacher Education Department, her primary responsibility is to prepare successful preservice teachers.  Her research interests include: curriculum development, technology, and designing curricula that motivate at risk students enrolled in alternative education programs and correctional institutions to learn.  Dr. Casas may be reached at mcasas@utep.edu.
