Author Biography 

Seung Youn (Yonnie) Chyung, EdD is Associate Professor in the Department of Instructional and Performance Technology at Boise State University (http://ipt.boisestate.edu).  Yonnie earned a doctoral degree in Instructional Technology from Texas Tech University and has been teaching graduate-level courses on foundations of instructional and performance technology, e-learning principles and practices, and web technologies since 1996.   Yonnie’s research interests include strategies for developing self-regulated learners and preventing attrition in e-learning.  Dr. Chyung can be reached at YCHYUNG@boisestate.edu.
