Comparing the Distance Learning-Related Course Development Approach and Faculty Support and Rewards Structure at AACSB Accredited Institutions between 2001 and 2006 Author Biographies Heidi Perreault, EdD, is Professor at the College of Business at Missouri State University located in Springfield, Missouri. Dr. Perreault has held officer positions with the Organizational Systems Research Association and the National Association for Business Teacher Education. Lila Waldman, PhD, is Associate Professor at the College of Business and Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She is teaching courses in the areas of Business Communication and Business Education. She is active in several professional organizations and is serving as Secretary of the Pedagogical Committee of the International Society for Business Education. Her current research interests are in the areas of international business, business communication, and distance learning. Melody Alexander, EdD, is Professor with the Information Systems and Operations Management Department at Ball State University, a campus with about 19,000 students located in Muncie, Indiana. She publishes in business education, business communications, and computer systems journals. Her current research projects include computer ethics and distance education. Jensen J. Zhao, EdD, is Professor at the Department of Information Systems and Operations Management, Ball State University. His research interests are in communication and information sciences.
