Editor

The responsibilities of the Editor are journal promotion, oversight of the peer review board, coordination of the editorial board, academic advancement of the journal, coordination of the peer review process, and management of the online/print journal. This includes solicitation of peer reviewers, associate editors and invited editorials; conducting editorial board meetings; management and promotion of indexing; promotion of the journal to local, regional and national audiences; and maintenance of the journal web site. The Editor must hold a terminal degree, have extensive experience with scholarly publishing, and must have documented experience serving in an editorial capacity.

Editorial Board

The responsibilities of the Editorial Board include advising the scope and direction of the journal; soliciting manuscripts; recommending peer reviewers; reviewing manuscripts; editing final draft prior to printing; and providing council to the Editor as requested. The Editorial Board is comprised of a minimum of four members. Editorial Board members must hold a terminal degree in the field and have experience with scholarly publishing and peer review. The Editorial Board will be selected by the Editor, serve a two-year term with ongoing possibility of renewal. The service of the Editorial Board is voluntary with no monetary compensation.
