Abstract

This study examines the use of elearning among students with disabilities in higher education by focusing on their satisfaction with Learning Management Systems (LMSs). Using a quantitative survey design, questionnaires were distributed to 88 students with disabilities who had used an LMS for more than two semesters. Data were collected based on the DeLone and McLean Information Systems success model, which measures four quality dimensions of system quality, information quality, service quality, and user satisfaction. The following four hypotheses were proposed: (1) System quality affects user satisfaction, (2) Information quality affects user satisfaction, (3) Service quality affects user satisfaction, and (4) User satisfaction affects individual impact. The data were analyzed using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS, and all four hypotheses were supported. The results show that students with disabilities can effectively adapt to LMS-based learning and perceive the system as supportive of their learning needs.
