Abstract
In today’s fast-paced digital world, understanding Artificial Intelligence (AI) is crucial for management students. This paper explores using the Turing test, a famous method to see if AI can act like a human, as a key tool in management education. The focus is on how this test can help students learn about AI more deeply. This paper introduces an innovative approach to integrating the Turing test in management education, setting a new benchmark for AI literacy and critical thinking among future business leaders. We start by looking at how AI is currently used in management courses and why it’s important for students to truly understand IT. We explain and show how the Turing test can be used in classrooms to make students better at telling if something is done by AI or a person. This paper delineates the methodology employed, discusses the key findings in the context of AI’s role in management education, and concludes with implications for both theory and practice. We studied this approach’s impact on students’ thinking skills, ethics, and decision-making.
The paper also discusses how using the Turing test can change how we teach management, what we teach, and how we judge students’ work. The main point is that the Turing test doesn’t just test AI knowledge; it also prepares students to ask questions and use AI smartly when they become managers. In short, bringing tools like the Turing test into management education is key to preparing future leaders for a world where AI is everywhere.
