Abstract
This study adapted Davis’ (1989) Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to investigate what influences students’ attitudes on using Microsoft Teams (MS Teams) as a learning tool for Physical Education (PE). Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis of survey responses from 1,916 Mabalacat City College students enrolled in an online minor in PE found that students’ perception of the LMS’s ease of use were significantly related to their ratings of its usefulness. In addition, students’ behavioral intention to use it is influenced in a positive way by their perception of how easy it is to use. Students’ perceived usefulness of MS Teams in studying PE also improves their behavioral intention to use it. Finally, students’ actual use of the platform is amplified by their behavioral intent to utilize. However, security measures concerning the use of the platform should be taken into consideration. Limitations and recommendations are presented in this study.
